i'm taking summer courses too and it's INTENSE. i completely understand... and really just update whenever but don't get way pressured. (but please don't just disappear! you can even wrap up stuff quickly and end soon, but get an 'ending' in, not just discontinued comic)

A comic is only good if you can wonder whats going to happen week to week. SCSC has llost all continuity for me. or maybe im just dumb.

The 6 week period is over, but give him some time. I said "him" because Ziggy is a guy, and will probably stay a guy, unless he becomes a douchebag (i.e Jeffery Star or Chris Crocker). The comic will resume soon and you fangirls will be able to start writing your slash fiction again.

I stumbled upon this comic yesterday and read it all in one day. I <3 it. :P The whole "ending SCSC" scared me to death, but the fact that you're just taking a break from it makes it more bearable.

And I agree with knull, just because people are giving you grief about ending it and such doesn't mean you have to. It is your comic and life, after all. I just hope you come back whenever you can.

Personally, I like the comic and hope you can continue to work on it. Don't let others' opinions discourage you. And good luck with your summer courses!

Your web comic was indeed amazing however the way you have continued to put it off is somewhat disappointing. If you have grown tired of doing this web comic then please say so rather than give the people who enjoy it a small glimmer of hope that you will update.

Doesn't need to be a comic one or anything.
I certainly agree with the others that some sign that you are alive, Ziggy, would be fantastic. If you've abandoned the comic for evar and evar, then at least be straight with us about it to we can stop checking.
If you're really sick, or hurt, or dealing with emotional crap, then just drop a two liner that's like, "I'm alive."
Or have a friend do it?
Whatever would work...

It has been years since I started reading this comic and I will be a fan 'till the end but you are beeing an ass. I know school can take a whole lot of your time and there are days when you just don't want to deal with SCSC problem. I have my own projects and know how it is when they drag in to infinity. I will not judge you for that.
But you do say that you read the comments so why not take them into consideration and just write something so we know that at least you are OK or where you stand. It's kind of obvious that this comic is NEVER gonna be updated on time but you could at least talk to your fans. Either that or put the forum back on so at least the fans can discuss what will never be.

I've also come to realize that, No - she won't update anymore. It's over, finished.

It's SUCH a shame, cuz the artwork was really un-fucking-believable... Everything and everyone looked so cool and I fell in love with the whole damn thing! The plot, the humour and the underlying romance of it all was also brilliant. Seriously. I'm really sad that Ziggy feels that she's outgrown this type of comics (which is what she wrote on DeviantArt) cuz I still think she's a genius. I can only hope I'll be able to match her skills one day.

I'm also really sad that we didn't even get to know if Dan and Kyle did hook up or not. Like, wtf? She couldn't even draw two or three more pages, just to let us know? I hate it when stories are left unfinished. Authors and artists have responsebilities, ffs. To their FANS, if nothing else!

It's incredibly rude and lazy of you to leave your comic as unfinished as this is. At most you need to add two/three pages just to come up with a suitable ending.
Or at least have the guts to write on this website that you're finished with it.
